71-year-old American accused of 100 rape
A Louisiana man was arrested on charges of first-degree rape on 100 items. Crimes have been committed for decades.

71-year-old Harvey Feintein is in the Rapides detention center. Detectives say that during the continuation of the investigation may file additional charges.

The first complaint against the rapist was 1 of April 2019. It talked about "possible criminal sexual behavior against minors in the Pineville area."
