The first Christmas reception at the White House opened with “Waltz of the Flowers” from the ballet by Pyotr Tchaikovsky «Nutcracker".

The main decoration of the White House was the 5,5-meter Christmas tree from Wisconsin, installed in the Blue Room. In addition to it, 52 festive wood is located in different parts of the White House.
The decor of all the rooms and facades took almost 3 thousands of meters of ribbons, 300 meters of garlands, 18 thousands of lanterns and 12 thousands of toys.
In December, the White House plans to hold around 100 celebrations and take on the order of thousands of 25 guests.
