Russian military may refuse to increase the budget

The approval of the new State Armaments Program (LG) is being transferred from 2015 to 2018. Until now, expenditures on the purchase of equipment for the army, along with social expenditures, remained an inviolable budget item. At different levels - in the Kremlin, in the government, in the Ministry of Defense - they were promised not to be cut.

But now, due to the unstable economic situation, it was decided to postpone the adoption of the most expensive state program. The military itself estimated it initially at 56 trillion rubles, and later reduced it to 30 trillion. Efforts will be concentrated on executing 2011-2020 HP.
