Relatives of the family that kept the 13 chain children told about their strange behavior.

49-year-old sister Louise Anna Turpin, who kept children on 13 chain, said that she was not allowed to see her nephews and nieces, writes New York Post.

“We were worried about them because it was strange, but there was nothing we could do. They wouldn’t let anyone in and we didn’t know their address,” said Elizabeth Jay Flores, whose sister Louise Anna Turpin and brother-in-law David Alan Turpin were arrested for child abuse and child endangerment.

“I haven’t seen her for 19 years. We talked on the phone from time to time, but every time I asked to talk to the children, she wouldn't let me. It didn’t look like proper upbringing, but I never expected it to happen like this,” says my sister.

Flores noted that her parents also tried to visit her family many times, but they were never allowed to enter the house.

“My parents booked flights to visit their children several times, but every time they got to the city, they were not told where to go next. My parents died without ever seeing their children,” the woman recalls.

Recall the california police delayed a married couplewho are suspected of holding their children in captivity. In a house in Perrys, California, police found 13 children. The youngest child is 2 of the year. The eldest is already 29. Some of them were chained to the beds.
