Flood in New York through the eyes of eyewitnesses. VIDEO
Boats and paddles, perhaps, could be useful to most residents of the flooded New York on Monday.
On the morning of April 16 in New York a big thunderstorm broke out, bringing with it heavy rains, winds and cooling.
Metro stations began to flood with water, turning platforms into underground lakes. In connection with the current situation, the MTA announced that the trains will pass through stops where there is “excess water”.

In the post Twitter user recorded a video of flowing water on a subway on 96-th Street in Manhattan and added : “Waiting to see how waterproof these waterproof electric lights are.”
Waterproofing lights are waterproof. Especially sucky for the lucky subway car that stops here. @2AvSagas @NYGovCuomo @CynthiaNixon @MTA pic.twitter.com/BQnGYtp9DZ
