Users of Facebook, be careful: the mark in the post can cause imprisonment.
New Yorker Maria Gonzalez faced a similar situation.

Family lawyer Michael Stutman noted: “Anything you post can be used against you.”
Gonzalez’s lawyer, Kim Froglinger, said she would not appeal the decision.
