Twice-deported illegal immigrant arrested for rape of a child
In Oregon, police arrested a double-deported illegal migrant from Guatemala, 24-year-old Anastasio Eugenio Lopez-Fabiana, who raped a girl younger than 14 years, writes Daily Mail.

Last week, the mother of the injured girl raised the alarm, saying that her daughter had run away from home. She said that her daughter had left home because she did not want to go to school after attending a party the night before. Finding a girl who was hiding, experiencing what had happened, the police learned about the rape.
The police quickly detained the man, because he was sure that the intimidated victim would not betray him. He was released on bail, but when it became known that he was in the US illegally, he was again detained. During the inspection, it turned out that the man had already been deported twice.
“On February 16, 2018, Lopez-Fabian was arrested for rape. A few hours after his release, we were able to find out his immigration history and information about his last arrest. Lopez-Fabian was determined to be in the United States illegally,” US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said in a statement.
He is currently in a pre-trial detention center in Tacoma, Wash., And is due to appear before the Claeson District Court next month.
It is noted that Lopez-Fabian was deported to Guatemala in 2013 and 2014.
