The demobilization of the Ukrainian military will begin on March 18
March 18 will begin demobilization from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, primarily those of the military, who served for almost a year.
This was announced by Deputy Head of the Department of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Defense Sergey Galushko.
He said: “The demobilization process will begin on March 18. The approaches are as follows: a person must be in service for a year minus 10 days from the date of arrival at the military commissariat to undergo mobilization service. That is, if on April 20 a person arrived at the military commissariat to be sent to the troops, then on April 10 he should already be released to the demobilization reserve.”
As you know, on January 14, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed a decree on the fourth wave of mobilization, during which 50 thousands of people liable for military service will be called in to the troops. At the same time, the president announced his intention to sign a decree on demobilization of those who spent months in the ATO zone for 6-7.
