8-year-old girl 14 October died after falling from the balcony of the atrium of a cruise liner Carnival Glory on the lower deck in Port Miami.
This happened during the disembarkation of the ship, reports NBC.
“The ship's medical team responded immediately and the child was sent to the ship's medical center, after which an ambulance transported the girl to a local hospital. The ship's commander immediately contacted the Miami-Dade Police Department, which arrived on the scene," the press service said. Carnival cruise line.
The girl was taken to Ryder trauma center in critical condition and after some time died in hospital.
