Secret agents crashed into the White House after drinking

The US Secret Service is investigating the causes of the incident, in which two senior agent agencies crashed a car into the White House security barrier.

Robert Hoback, a spokesman for the secret service, said that the newly appointed director of the agency, Joseph Clancy, was notified of the accident that took place on March 4. The new head instructed the management inspectors to begin an investigation into the case. Any details have not been disclosed. It is reported only that agents who had an accident, were suspended from operational work.

The Washington Post reports that agents drove a government car into the protective barrier of the US Presidential residence after a night of drinking. According to the publication, one of the participants in the incident is the deputy head of the security service of Barack Obama, and the second agent heads the secret service office in Washington.
