China is preparing a military strike on the United States

The Chinese military in recent years expanded the area of ​​flight training of bombers and “can work off strikes” on the United States and its allies, according to a Pentagon report released Thursday.

“Over the past three years, the PLA (People's Liberation Army) has rapidly expanded its bomber flight envelopes, gaining experience in critical waters and likely preparing to strike U.S. and allied targets,” the report said.

The document was published before the commencement of the US-Chinese trade talks scheduled for the end of August, which give hope for the possibility of easing tensions between the two countries.

The Chinese Embassy in Washington was unavailable for comment.

In May of this year, the Chinese Air Force conducted training flights of bombers over the islands and reefs of the South China Sea, which are the subject of a territorial dispute of many states in the region.

Earlier, trump accused China of “dishonest trading practices” and announced the introduction of 25% duties on imports of goods from China on 34 billion dollars. A few days later, China announced the introduction of mirror duties and stressed that it would do so in the future.
