A new architectural wonder for $ 2 billion is being built in Dubai
The Burj Khalifa Tower, Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Beach Residence and other mind-blowing buildings were built in just 50 years on a piece of land called Dubai. The mega-mall at Dubai Creek Harbor will boast more than 8 million square feet of retail space, twice the size of its fellow Dubai Mall, and will also be home to the Middle East's largest Chinatown.

Aggressive retail expansion in Dubai is different from many other malls around the world. But in 2017, sales slowed somewhat. Euromonitor International reported that the annual growth rate of in-store retail sales in Dubai declined significantly last year (1,4%) compared to 2016 year (6,5%), although it is projected to reach 5,1% this year.
Experts suggest that, despite the fact that the market remains under pressure, the new shopping center has a future. This is largely due to the fact that in 2020, in the capital of the UAE, the World Expo EXPO-2020 will be held.
