The decree signed today states that the Pentagon will present the Space Forces budget in the next 180 days. Proposals to change the functions of the Space Command will be made in the next 90 days.
Two Pentagon employees, in a conversation with a Voice of America correspondent, said that a bill to create the Space Forces will be submitted to Congress this coming Monday.
