Trump and Clinton exchanged barbs about the memoirs of the ex-Secretary of State

US President Donald Trump could not resist taunts on memoirs and retweeted another user’s joke Twitter, in which the title of the book “What happened” was played up. On the collage next to the memoirs is another book with an image of Trump called "It was me."

Journalists tried to find out whether Trump intends to read the essay of his rival in the presidential race. The White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders did not give a concrete answer, noting: “I’m not sure, but I can tell you that he understands very well what happened.”

It is not known whether Trump read the memoirs of Clinton, but already on September 14, on the third day after the book’s release, he criticized this essay in Twitter, stating that the ex-Secretary of State “blames everyone but himself for his defeat.”

For what Clinton replied that if the president doesn’t like her memoirs, he can read her other book - an illustrated children's publication “Need a Whole Village” (It takes a village) in which, according to her, “he will find many lessons on how to solve problems together”.

Recall in his memoirs "What happened" Clinton said she no longer intends to fight for government posts, and that “her candidacy has ended.”
