New Housing Lottery in New York: Apartments in Brooklyn from $ 670 per month

In New York, launched a new housing lottery on drawing the lease rights to 38 apartments in a new building in Brooklyn at the address: 695 Grand Street.
The lottery includes 7 studios, 11 one-bedroom apartments, 14 two-bedroom apartments and 6 three-bedroom apartments.
Monthly rental rates range from $ 670 per studio to $ 2056 for a three-bedroom apartment.
To be eligible to participate in the lottery, applicants must have an annual income from $ 22 920 to $ 124 020.
