Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg said that his wife Priscilla Chan is pregnant with their second child, and they will have a girl again.

He announced this on his page in Facebook.

Their first baby Maxim was born in early December 2015 of the year, and the couple then had to go through many difficulties, including miscarriage.

Now Zuckerberg noted that after experiencing difficulties, he and his wife were not sure that they would be able to conceive a second child.

“When we found out that Priscilla was pregnant, our first wish was for the baby to be healthy. My second is for it to be a girl. It is a great gift to have a sister, and I am very happy that our daughters will have each other,” Zuckerberg wrote.

He said that he grew up surrounded by three sisters. According to him, they taught him to learn from strong smart women, they were not just his sisters, but his best friends.

Priscilla also had two sisters, and they taught her to appreciate her family, take care of others, and work a lot.

“We become better people thanks to strong women - sisters, mothers, friends. Priscilla and I are really looking forward to meeting our baby. We will do everything to raise another strong woman,” the head of Facebook concluded.

Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan met while studying at Harvard University and began dating in 2003. The couple got married in 2012 year.
