Hitler's book suddenly became a hit in Germany
The circulation of Adolf Hitler's two-volume book "Mein Kampf" with annotations and notes, which went on sale in Germany last Friday, January 8, sold out in just a few hours.
The book was published by the Munich Institute for Contemporary History. The circulation totaled four thousand copies.
The main purpose of the re-release of Hitler's propaganda book is to dispel the myths and ideology that he invented at the beginning of the century.
The new edition of Mein Kampf consists of 1948 pages and costs 59 euros (62 dollars). Meanwhile, on the site Amazon.de announced the sale of a two-volume book at the price of 9999,99 euros.
The central community of Jews in Germany approved such a scientific reprint of the book.
Hitler wrote Mein Kampf while in prison in 1924. This is not only an autobiography, but also propaganda of the National Socialist regime.
It was possible to republish the book only after January 1, 2016, when the copyright for the book from the federal state of Bavaria expired.
