Prices for flights, hotel rooms, transportation, cafes and restaurants in Israel are much higher than in many countries of the world. This is stated in the report of the World Economic Forum, which compares the price of a tour in 141 country.

According to the economic newspaper Globes, the report is based on several parameters, such as average airfares, hotel room prices, gasoline, and parity purchasing power (PPP).

One of the relatively cheap countries for tourists is Finland - it is at 30-th place among the state's 141 at prices for air tickets and at 39-m at prices for hotel rooms.

At 130, Canada - air travel to this country requires huge financial costs, but hotel rooms are relatively cheap: you can spend a night in a five-star hotel for 124 dollars.

Holidays in Israel are more expensive than in Italy, Germany, Denmark or Sweden. At the prices of airline tickets Israel takes 77-e place, and at the prices of hotel rooms - 83-e. Less than 200 dollars, a number in a five-star hotel in Israel can not take off.

However, a dubious championship among the most expensive vacation countries is Switzerland. There, the number in the 5-star hotel can be rented for an average 241 dollar, according to an Israeli economic publication.
