Interpol puts the Russian from the Islamic State video on the wanted list
Interpol has put on the wanted list Russian Anatoly Zemlyanka, who is suspected of murdering a hostage of the Islamic State terrorist group. The corresponding message appeared on Friday, December 11, on the website of the international tracing service .
The Interpol card says that in Russia, 28-year-old native of Noyabrsk, Tyumen region, Anatoly Zemlyanka, is accused of participating in an illegal armed group. His data is published with a red flag, which means he should be immediately detained if discovered.
In addition to the photo of the suspect, Interpol cites as additional signs of its growth (178 centimeters) and hair color (light brown).
As Forum previously wrote, Islamic State militants on December 2 have spread a video showing the beheading of a captured Russian, Magomed Khasiyev. The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov сообщил, that “the alleged killer was identified as a resident of Noyabrsk, Russian by nationality.”
Kadyrov did not name the person, but the LifeNews television channel subsequently stated that it was Anatoly Zemlyanka.
Russian journalists found out that Zemlyanka had previously been put on the wanted list in Russia on suspicion of involvement in the activities of the Islamic State.
