State Department: Russia is obliged to withdraw its troops from Ukraine

American diplomats called on Russia to fully implement the Minsk agreements.

В Госдепе США заявили, что Россия организовала войну на Донбассе и обязана вывести свои войска из Украины. Об этом написало издание «Today«, ссылаясь на спикера Государственного департамента США Хизер Нойерт.

«Наблюдатели СММ ОБСЕ в зоне конфликта заметили четыре новые российские системы радиоэлектронной борьбы на востоке Украины – больше свидетельств того, что российские военные организовали конфликт на Донбассе. Россия должна полностью выполнить Минские соглашения и вывести свои силы из Украины», – подчеркнула представитель Госдепа США.

In the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the OSCE SMM observed dozens of tanks and artillery systems deployed outside certain areas of the withdrawal, as well as air defense and electronic warfare equipment.

В частности, речь идет о четырех новейших комплексах радиоэлектронной борьбы российского производства: РБ-341В «Леер-3», 1Л269 «Красуха-2», СБ-109А «Былина» и специальный комплекс для создания препятствий беспилотным летательным аппаратам «Репеллент-1».

Recall that US President Donald Trump signed defense budget for 2019 year, the total amount of which is 717 billion dollars. The law provides, in particular, for an increase in the monetary allowance of servicemen and measures to contain Russia.
