“Rap can not be banned just as it is impossible to ban mate. This is the phenomenon of culture with which we deal. The situation that I got into with rap caused a very big hype. This topic leaves me with no other chance than to do a rap festival in Koktebel, ”said Kiselev.

He added that 16 has been organizing a jazz festival in Koktebel for years. Next year it will be held from 23 to 25 August. “After that, 28-30 of August will rage on Russia's largest rap open air,” said Kiselev.

Before 2014, the KaZantip electronic music festival was held in Crimea. It was canceled by the decision of the authorities due to numerous violations of the law and discontent of the Federal Service for Drug Control.
