Art Museum Queens dismissed for anti-Semitism

The director and deputy director of the Queens Art Museum was fired for trying to prevent the celebration of the 70 anniversary of the State of Israel in this institution.

But then the deputy director of the museum, David Strauss, who promised it, said that "the Palestinian friends of the museum expressed concern about this deal." Some time later, the director of the museum, Laura Raikovich, informed the Israeli mission that she intends to terminate the agreement, since the board of trustees is “against holding political actions”.

Danon informed journalists and city authorities about this, demanding the resignation of a director who uses his position to settle political accounts, and a few hours after this statement, the museum management canceled its previous decision and confirmed the agreement with Israel.

The audit also found that Laura Rajkovic openly supported the boycott movement of the Jewish state and wrote the preface to the anti-Israeli book For Boycott (“Assuming boycott"), Which is sold at the museum kiosk.
