Knowledge of languages makes a person more attractive: a survey

The secret to success in work and personal life in the US and UK may be the same - learn foreign languages.
The attractiveness of people speaking at least two languages was confirmed by the Americans and the British in a survey conducted by the Babbel language application, writes CNN.
71% of Americans and 61% of Britons believe that knowing more than one language makes a person more attractive.
90% of 3 thousands of British and Americans surveyed said that they were ready to learn a second language in pursuit of love.
About half of them said they would like to have a romantic relationship with a person from another country.
Every fourth declared that ignorance of foreign languages keeps his career growth. It is not surprising that every eighth admitted that he exaggerated his level of knowledge of languages in the resume.
The British and Americans called Russian the most difficult language to learn (40%), respondents considered Spanish as the easiest to learn (64%). They consider French to be the most romantic (40% of Americans, 32% of British), with an English accent, in their opinion, gives the French language even more sexuality.
In the opinion of Americans, knowledge of French (37%) and German (19%) languages helps to make an impression of an intelligent and educated person.
