A Florida lawyer faces criminal charges of child neglect. She left two little girls alone on the beach, and the three-year-old girl went for a swim on her own to the surf spot. The publication told in more detail New York Post.

Patricia Ann Bronson, 41, left the toddler and her 7-year-old sister alone for 7 minutes on Saturday, October 45, at Upham Beach Park in St. Pete Beach.
Passers-by told police that the children were unattended, and the older girl told them that her younger sister had gone swimming. Sheriff's deputies found the baby standing in waist-deep water.

Bronson, a lawyer from Tampa, said she watched the girls - simply dropped them off at the beach and then went to park the car.
Bronson was listed as the children's "guardian" in police documents. It is unclear whether she is a relative or was looking after them for a relative or acquaintance.
She is charged with two counts of neglect of a child without causing grievous bodily harm. She was booked into the Pinellas County Jail where she faces an additional charge of contraband.

Prison guards discovered she had brought a small vape into her cell, police said.
The defendant was released on $15 bail pending a reappearance in court.
