Washington resident has captured a family of neighbors to make them slaves

In Washington, a mother with three children was taken prisoner by a neighbor who forced them to be his "slaves."

12-year-old boy did not come to school in the morning, although he left the house. His mother began a search for a child and found her 29-year-old neighbor, Wellington Waggener, in the yard.

“Come here,” Waggner said before grabbing the child by the collar and dragging him towards him.

After that, the neighbor hit the boy in the face and ordered him to clean in the yard and sweep up in the house. When the mother came to a neighbor with the other two children, 13 and 15, the neighbor refused to release her third son, insisting that he needed help.

Waggner then forced the mother and children to join in cleaning the yard, explaining that now “they know what it’s like to be slaves,” the 15-year-old recalled to police.

In addition to cleaning the yard and the house, the neighbor forced them to scavenge and collect firewood.

The family eventually began begging Waggen to let them go, as one of the children missed the test, but their captor refused to let the family go.

After an hour of forced labor, Waggener left, and the 13-year-old girl asked for help.

As a result, the police arrested Waggener without obstacles and accused him of harassment, unlawful imprisonment of third parties and a fourth-degree attack. He is detained in Lewis County jail without the possibility of bail.

The last time Vaggener was arrested in September 2016 of the year on suspicion was that he broke the window of a police car after his arrest. In July 2015, he was arrested for burglary with sexual intentions, although the charges were later dropped.
