A man accused of raping 4-year-old twins in Pennsylvania attacked two police officers who tracked him to a homeless shelter in Midtown on April 19 and then fled, police said.

Suspect Isaiah Metz, 22, was at the Antonio Olivieri emergency center on West 30th Street near Eighth Avenue in Manhattan when an NYPD detective and an investigator from the city's Department of Investigation, both from the fugitive task force, showed up. to arrest him around 4:15 am, police said.

According to the police, Metz fought with two officers, hitting both of them several times on the head and biting the interrogator's arm.

Police sources said Metz was adopted by a foster family in Pennsylvania, where he is accused of raping twin girls.

According to CBS, the horrendous sexual harassment took place in Goldsboro, located in York County. Records show he faces a total of 115 charges, including for offenses involving child pornography.

The Mets are also on parole for an alleged assault on a police officer, also in Pennsylvania, according to CBS.

Both attacked officers received medical treatment and were taken to Bellevue Hospital, police said.
