Zelensky awarded state awards of Ukraine to Hollywood celebrities: how did they distinguish themselves in front of the country
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky awarded state awards to famous foreigners who supported Ukraine after the start of the war, reports Meduza.

This was stated by the head of the Office of the Ukrainian President Andriy Yermak.
“Vladimir Zelensky awarded state awards to friends of Ukraine who have supported us from the very beginning. Thanks to former US Ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul, designer Demna Gvasalia, actors Sean Penn, Ben Stiller, Liev Schreiber, actress Jessica Chastain and many more,” Yermak tweeted.

Zelensky awarded awards to all these people decreewhich is dated August 23rd. According to the document, McFaul, Gvasalia, Penn, Stiller and Schreiber received the Order of Merit of the third degree, and Chastain received the Order of Princess Olga of the third degree.
Zelensky also awarded the Order of Merit, XNUMXrd class, to Gelb Peter, general director of the Metropolitan Opera in New York.
By the same decree, Zelensky also awarded various awards to US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi, head of the Bayraktar drone developer Haluk Bayraktar, and members of the Imagine Dragons group: McKee Benjamin Arthur, Platzman Daniel James, Reynolds Daniel Colter, Reynolds Maka , Sermon Wayne Daniel.
