He also explained that the DPRK’s actions did not provoke the inclusion of a nationwide missile launch warning system in Japan. However, Tokyo protested to Pyongyang. Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said that missile tests were unacceptable and said that this is contrary to the UN resolution.
