Absolutely anyone can pick up these things, in most cases, various low-income people come all day long or simply those who live on the street in tents (this is not uncommon there) and collect all the essentials for themselves, and in the evening a huge truck takes them away, so to speak “ leftovers,” which will then most likely be put up at a flea market and will be sold throughout the next year.

This is a kind of free flea market where you can find a bunch of all the most interesting and, possibly, even valuable. Because, as a rule, things are not taken out by poor people on the street.

Two years ago I was lucky enough to visit this “flea market” myself. I tell you what I found interesting there.

There are so many children's toys. For example, I came across a children's toy lawn mower. Nearby in the box was a vacuum cleaner, which is in very good condition. Well, and the classic American white chair, where without it, on which neighbors like to sit on the street and chat.

There are also a lot of different computer and office chairs. They stand next to almost every house. Sofas and beds are also not uncommon.

I found a beautiful backlit painting that plugs into an outlet. In fact, if I were in Russia, I would gladly take it, but alas... Carrying such a souvenir across the entire continent is not the best idea.

From mobile phones: tablets, phones are not very many, perhaps at that time everything was already taken apart. And I just found a broken tablet, but working. But there are a lot of computer components, on the contrary, nobody is in a hurry to pick them up.

By the way, very, very many electric grills. Absolutely everyone has electric grills at home! We have barbecue with barbecue, and they have a grill with steak.

And one of the most unusual finds of that day was an award for either karate or taekwondo, I don’t know. But how can a person not feel sorry for giving away such treasures obtained with sweat and blood?! I don’t understand... I could never part with such things in my life.
