Texan made a tattoo like his dog, not knowing its meaning

Texas resident Chris Mendiola made a tattoo in honor of his dog named Bir. And, it seems, very soon regretted this act.

Mendiola said that the “previous owners” of Bira had tattooed him — and it was painful for a man to think that someone was doing this to their pets. Therefore, he decided to fill the same picture as the dog.

The problem is that the man took the dog from the shelter, and the castrated dogs were stigmatized in the groin area so as not to confuse them with those who may have offspring. It is this sign Texan filled on his hand.

Friends and acquaintances Mendiola began to make fun of him in the comments on Facebook. Some asked if Chris was neutered, others advised not to show the tattoo to my mother.

Soon after the publication Mendiola deleted his post. His classmate posted a screenshot of the recording on Reddit, and British journalist Holly Brockwell told the story on Twitter.

Mendiole had to be explained after the post became viral. According to the man, he made a tattoo not for himself, his friends or acquaintances, but for his dog, because Bir is his best friend. Mendiola explained that he knew the meaning of the tattoo, and even consulted with the veterinarian about her. Also, a Texan urged to take care of their pets: not to stop their tails and ears and not to stigmatize them.
