Hackers hacked Lukashenka's health database and found out that he was deceiving Putin

Belarusian hackers announced the hacking of the medical center for the management of the affairs of the President of Belarus. According to the documents received, Alexander Lukashenko could use fake certificates with PCR tests for coronavirus before meeting with Putin, reports Ukrainian Truth.

Hackers calling themselves the “United Resistance Headquarters” have made publicly available more than 70 files, which are electronic versions of certificates of PCR testing for coronavirus in the name of Alexander Lukashenko and his son Nikolai.

The Belarusian publication Zerkalo recognized the documents as authentic. It writes that each file has a QR code, upon clicking on which the official website of Lukashenko’s affairs management medical center appears, where the same certificate is shown, it can be downloaded in PDF format.

The references cover the period from April 2021 to the end of December 2022. Almost all of them were taken before Lukashenka's meetings with Putin (until September 2021, one test was enough, after - two or more). Certificates were also issued in the name of Lukashenka's son. It can be concluded that his father took him with him to most of his meetings with Putin. It was not officially announced.

An analysis of the documents shows that the certificates contain a number of inconsistencies. In particular, in the results of Lukashenko’s tests there are two different passport numbers, and in Nikolai Lukashenko’s tests there are three (one of them coincides with the passport number indicated in his father’s certificates).

In addition, Alexander and Nikolai Lukashenko often received certificates on the same day and time. Sometimes the dates of the tests changed, but the time of taking the analysis and issuing the document remained the same.

In many certificates, the time of testing and the time of issue of the certificate coincide, although it takes time to receive the result of the PCR test. In at least one document, the date of issue of the certificate precedes the date of the test.

Thus, the “Joint Resistance Headquarters” suggested that in fact Lukashenko might not have taken these PCR tests.

Back in 2020, Lukashenko claimed that he had asymptomatically suffered a coronavirus on his feet. And at the beginning of July 2020, Lukashenka declared that the coronavirus had been defeated in the country. He takes the position that Covid-19 is a “psychosis” that has affected the global community. According to him, in the country people die from various related diseases, and not from coronavirus.

At the same time, after the outbreak of the pandemic, Putin sharply reduced the number of contacts and direct participation in events. Neither the invasion of Ukraine, nor four vaccinations against coronavirus, nor the easing of the pandemic have lifted the quarantine for those who are in contact with Vladimir Putin. Putin’s pilots and his doctors are regularly kept in isolation. To gain access to the “clean zone,” hundreds of people take PCR tests four times and check their coronavirus antibodies twice. They also take additional tests - for influenza, staphylococcus and worms.

According to open data, the Kremlin structures spent more than $25 million on this, and observators received at least $30 million in subsidies.

“Such measures are unprecedented, but it is impossible to conclude from them whether the president has health problems; rather, it is reinsurance or “star fever,” said Israeli anesthesiologist Mikhail Fremderman, who worked in Russia until 2014.

People around Putin are not only in quarantine, but also undergoing various tests. These laboratory tests “for sanitary and epidemiological” purposes are also purchased by the Presidential Administration.

Some contracts disclose a complex clearance procedure “before starting work in the clean area.” The rules appeared in 2021.

To go into quarantine at all, you need to take a blood test for antibodies to coronavirus two days in advance. While in quarantine, you will have to take PCR tests four times within 12 days, and on the twelfth day you will have to test blood again for antibodies.

If a person did not have IGM antibodies, which indicate that he was sick, then after 14 days of isolation he received access to the “clean zone” - that is, to the president.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, the Presidential Administration and its structures have ordered the Kremlin polyclinics in Moscow to analyze employees and other people, including under “quarantine” contracts, in the amount of about $3,5 million.

At the request of the UDP, about 2021 people have been tested since 1500 – some were swabbed not only for coronavirus, but also for SARS, influenza and staphylococcus and blood for biomarkers. They also donated feces - but not for coronavirus, but for helminth eggs.

The fact that officials close to the president should take feces was reported in February 2022, citing anonymous sources, by the telegram channel Baza, which claimed that officials had to take these tests “several times a week.” Many Kremlin employees are forced to spend almost the entire year in quarantine, and some employees of the Presidential Administration and the FSO “served” in single rooms for more than 2021 days in 150 – because of which the staff began to have problems in families.
