Fulfilled voice orders: a man moved pregnant and her son to Tennessee, injuring two more
In Tennessee, the 33-year-old began to crush random walkers following the edicts of a mysterious voice. He called for "kill drug addicts."

William David Phillips was arrested after hitting people in Jefferson City, about 30 miles (18,6 km) east of Knoxville.
“The raids were a deliberate act of violence against randomly selected pedestrians,” the Jefferson Police Department said. "Investigators determined Phillips did not know the victims."
Immediately was not clear the motive of the raids on people. Investigators were confused. After Phillips admitted that he followed the orders of the voice in his head.
The first target was an 61-year-old man, whom he rammed after “a voice told him that he had to kill drug addicts, so he increased his speed,” the arrest warrant says.

In less than a mile, he saw two more people: 30-year-old Sierra Cajun, who was pregnant, and her son, 2-year-old Nolan Cajun.
“The voice told him that there was methamphetamine in the wheelchair, so he deliberately ran over [mother and child] ... killing both of them,” the warrant says.
"This act was made intentionally," the document says.
After hitting a mom and her son, Phillips crashed into an ornamental fish shop. As a result of this collision, one person was injured in a store and several aquariums were broken, killing thousands of fish.

Two victims were sent to the hospital with wounds that did not threaten their lives. The death of the mother and child was stated at the scene.
Phillips was charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one point of first-degree assassination attempt. Detectives expect that new charges will be brought, including another charge of first-degree murder, meaning the murder of the unborn child Kahun.
