Shooting took place in Dayton, Ohio (USA). According to preliminary data, ten people died, including the attacker. Local police confirmed this information. A young white man opened fire near the entrance to the bar.

The shooting occurred at one in the morning local time. The shooter killed nine people. Initially, it was reported that after the incident, 16 people were hospitalized. The Dayton police later clarified on Twitter that an 26 man had been injured.

“Our officers were very close to where the shooting began and were able to quickly respond and bring the situation under control,” the Dayton Police Department said on Twitter.

“The shooting incident began at 1:22 a.m. local time. The shooter is dead. Nine more people are also dead. At least 16 were taken to hospitals with injuries,” another Dayton police tweet said.

Witnesses of the incident filmed the moment when the shooter opened fire.
