Doctors demand a ban on COVID-19 vaccines created by Pfizer and Moderna: side effects lead to sudden deaths

Dr. Joseph Fryman, a Louisiana physician who conducts COVID-19 research, says it's time to stop administering Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines until new clinical trials prove the vaccine benefits outweigh the harm, reports The Epoch Times.

The new study, including a reanalysis of vaccine trials, raises concerns about whether the benefits of vaccines outweigh the harms, the doctor said.

“I don't understand how anyone can be confident that the benefits outweigh the harms at the population level or even in high-risk groups,” Freiman said. “I also can’t say that there is evidence that it is potentially more harmful, but there is also uncertainty there.” Given this scenario, I believe that people should not be given vaccines outside of clinical trials because we need to find out whether the benefits outweigh the harms or whether the harms outweigh the benefits.”

“The only thing that can answer this question is a randomized trial,” he added.

Fryman led the study, which reanalyzed the original Pfizer and Moderna trials. He and his colleagues concluded that those who were vaccinated were at a higher risk of serious side effects.

This is one data point. On the other hand, the goal is to identify warning signs or adverse events that could potentially be caused by vaccines. But this requires further study. In December 2022, the FDA reported that the Pfizer vaccine was linked to blood clotting in the elderly. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which recommends vaccines to virtually all Americans, has found hundreds of other red flags in their studies.

Several serious problems that can lead to death have been linked to or caused by vaccines. These include myocarditis, or inflammation of the heart.

US health officials have repeatedly downplayed the severity of myocarditis and its associated condition, pericarditis. But German researchers who studied the deaths of 25 people who died suddenly at home after being vaccinated ruled out all possible causes of death except vaccination for five people. They reported their findings in a study that was published after peer review in late 2022.

“Given that alternative causes are unlikely to cause myocarditis within one week of vaccination, this is, in fact, strong evidence that we are seeing sudden death from vaccines,” Freiman said.

Fryman also noted that excess or all-cause mortality has increased during the pandemic, with surges associated with the introduction of vaccines. Vaccines may not have been responsible for the extra deaths, he said, but some researchers, including British professors Norman Fenton and Martin Neal, have looked at the data and found that vaccines have been linked to at least some of the extra deaths. US officials say some of the deaths may be due to COVID-19.

When vaccines were first introduced, Freiman supported giving them to the elderly and others at high risk of contracting COVID-19 or people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions. He says he also didn't recommend vaccination at any age and told younger family members he wasn't sure whether to get vaccinated.

When he and other scientists discovered that those who were vaccinated were at a higher risk of serious problems, he moved to the position that the harm probably outweighed the benefit for healthy people.

With new evidence of harm from vaccines, and omicron being less dangerous, Fryman wonders if the benefits outweigh the serious harms, even for the elderly and other risk groups.

“I see the possibility that the harm could outweigh the benefit in the group that should benefit the most from the vaccine,” he said.

Falling standards

It is difficult to obtain data from clinical trials of vaccines, especially trials conducted by non-manufacturers. Testing standards have declined over time.

The FDA approved vaccines for children based on immunobridge or trial data that showed the vaccines elicited a similar antibody response in children. For the new bivalent boosters, created because the original vaccines provided much lower levels of protection against omicron and its sub-variants, no clinical data were provided at all, not even antibody measurements. A few months later, this data is still not available to the public.

Some observational studies have shown that boosters provide poor protection against infection and good protection, at least initially, from hospitalization. Randomized controlled trials are generally considered the best.

Fryman recommends that vaccines be recalled and that US officials approach vaccine manufacturers and ask them to demonstrate that the benefits outweigh the harms in light of the changed dynamics of the pandemic. Trials should involve investigators carefully reviewing each hospitalization with COVID-19 to determine whether they were caused by COVID-19 or if the diagnosis of COVID-19 was accidental.

Other bells

In the meantime, some countries, such as Denmark, have stopped offering additional vaccinations to certain segments of the population. A growing number of experts are calling for an end to the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines, which are by far the most common vaccines in the United States.

The group includes Dr. Asim Malhotra, a British doctor who spoke out against vaccines in 2022 due to growing evidence of side effects. Malhotra's calculations included studies by Moderna and Pfizer.

Linda Vastila, director of policy and research for the Peter Lamy Center for Drug Therapy and Aging at the University of Maryland, said she agreed with Fryman. Thousands of vaccine-related deaths have been reported into the system, as well as hundreds of thousands of side effects.

“I am a data scientist and I am stunned by the consistency of all this data that is coming together so quickly, painting a horrific picture of vaccine harm that really cannot be ignored,” Vastila said.

Vastila called for the immediate withdrawal of vaccines from the market, at least until the warning signs identified by the CDC and FDA are carefully examined.

“By not doing this, the FDA and other government agencies promoting these products are not only putting millions of people at risk of side effects or death, but they are successfully encouraging a quick distrust of the institutions that are supposed to protect us,” she said.

There are other experts, such as Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo, who have recommended that certain populations, such as healthy young men, not be vaccinated. They are at higher risk of one or more side effects and will gain little from being vaccinated for a disease that already poses minimal risk to them. However, other experts continue to support getting virtually everyone vaccinated, including Dr. Ashisha Jha, White House COVID-19 Response Coordinator.
