The driver knocked down a man 22 after racing NASCAR

A Chevrolet cabriolet driver knocked down a 22 man in a parking lot near Martinsville Speedway in Virginia, where NASCAR races took place on Sunday.
Nine people were sent to the hospital, no dead. According to doctors, no serious injuries have been reported.
Police find out the causes of the incident. It is not yet clear, accidentally or intentionally, the driver drove into a crowd of people.
Eyewitnesses reported that Chevrolet was trying to overtake the Jeep SUV and collided with it, and also knocked down several passersby.
The driver was detained. According to preliminary data, he was sober.
