'The water around seemed to boil': hundreds of sharks surrounded the boat of fishermen in Louisiana

The recording shows how desperately the sharks are chasing the fish, that they are already hitting the sides of the boat and splashing the fishermen with water.
At one point, more than a dozen sea predators rushed towards the boat as the bait—a dense collection of small fish—took cover under it.

“We soon saw that they were sharks. We've never seen anything like it," May said.
The sharks ended up using the boat to their advantage by pressing the fish against it to eat, he said.
