In Florida, a black bear stole food directly from the porch of the house: the owner filmed everything on video

A hungry black bear wandered into Sanford, Florida on Dec. 13 and stole a Chick-fil-A dinner right off the front porch. This was filmed by homeowner Paul Newman on a doorbell camera. Read more about the uninvited guest told the publication Daily Mail.

In the footage, a large bear can be seen inspecting the Christmas decorations and then approaching 30 Chick-fil-A nuggets.

He looks around hesitantly, carefully takes the white paper bag by the edge and leaves.

“Oh, you son of a bitch,” Newman can be heard speaking off-screen. “All the nuggets and fries (30 nuggets and a large fry) poof – and disappeared.”

But the thief didn't steal all the food, he left the salad. Apparently, the clubfoot ate greens in the fall.

The video has racked up hundreds of thousands of views across multiple platforms, even garnering the attention of Chick-fil-A.

“This video was very unexpected! - said the company. “While this guest has not contacted us directly yet, we would like to replace his nuggets as well as fries and convey a special message.”

There are over 4000 black bears in the state, according to the Florida Wildlife Commission.
