Prophetic dream: a girl from California dreamed that she swallowed the ring, waking up, she could not find it

A girl from San Diego, California, had one of those dreams that become real, writes CNN.

Jenna Evans dreamed that she and her fiance, Bobby Howell, were riding in a high-speed train. The bad guys attacked them during the trip, Evans writes in a post on Facebook.

“Bobby told me that I had to swallow my engagement ring to protect him from the robbers, so I put the jewelry in my mouth and washed it with water,” Evans wrote.

Evans woke up on Wednesday morning and found that her ring was missing. It turned out that she really swallowed it.

The story, which she described in detail in her post, has more than 104 000 reposts in Facebook.

“We laughed for about an hour and a half, called my mother, laughed until we started to cry. We began to search the Internet for other adults to swallow rings. As it turned out, children do this all the time, but among adults it is less common, ”writes Evans.

Then the couple went to the hospital, where they had to explain to various doctors what had happened.

“The doctor took an x-ray and was shocked. He showed me that, of course, my ring was right in my stomach! - wrote Evans. “I definitely felt it in my guts, the ring really started to hurt the mucous membrane and made us nervous.”

Doctors decided that it was better not to let the ring come out naturally. According to the National Institute of Health, Evans ultimately had an upper endoscopy, a procedure in which a doctor uses a flexible tube with a camera to see the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract.

“Everything went fine, they found the ring in my gut, took it and handed it to Bobby, not me,” Evans wrote.

Howell returned Evans her ring on Thursday. The girl promised not to swallow it again. She told KGTV that she is now taking off her jewelry for the night.

“We will get married, and everything will be all right,” Evans writes.

The couple plans to marry in May next year in Texas, the home state of Jenna Evans.
