Duties:
- accept documents from customers;
- assist the attorney in preparing family and labor petitions, including the EB-1, EB-2 + NIW, EB-3, L-1, O-1 visas;
- assistance in the preparation of asylum applications I-589;
- drafting letters in support of petitions, indexed tables of contents, filling out forms;
- collect documents for submission to USCIS;
- control the status of affairs.
Requirements:
- knowledge of Russian and English;
- work experience in a similar position;
- work permit in the USA.
