Two parishioners were killed when an unknown man opened fire during a Sunday service at a church near Fort Worth, Texas. One of those who was in the church shot the attacker just 6 seconds after the opening of fire, writes CBS News.

Jeff Williams of the Texas Department of Homeland Security praised the "heroic congregation" who stopped the gunman. Several people quickly pulled out their weapons shortly after the first shot.
