In Texas, a 3-year-old girl shot her sister: the baby found a loaded gun in the bedroom, where the children were left to play
On March 12, a three-year-old girl accidentally shot her four-year-old sister in an apartment in Houston, Texas, reports FoxNews.

The incident was reported shortly before 20:00. local time, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said at a news conference.
Two girls and five adults, all of whom were family members and friends, were spending time in an apartment on Bammel North Houston Road near Tombball Parkway when the shooting took place.
According to Gonzalez, the girls and their parents lived in the apartment.

At night, the girls were left alone in the bedroom because one parent believed that the other parent was watching the sisters. According to Gonzalez, the three-year-old girl found a loaded gun and fired one shot, wounding her sister.
The four-year-old girl died on the spot.

The family members heard the gunshot and rushed to the bedroom, took their weapons and reported the incident to the authorities. It is currently unclear if any charges will be filed in connection with the shooting.
The incident remains under investigation.
