A man from Tennessee, who secretly lived in the attic of a house of another family, was arrested after the mistress of the house caught him during a secret penetration into the room of her 14-year-old daughter.

18-year-old Matthew Castro was taken into custody in a house in South Juliet, a city located about 20 miles (32 km) east of Nashville, writes Fox News.

The girl's mother told me that she had come home and saw Castro standing at the top of the stairs. Despite the fact that she told him to leave, Castro allegedly ran into the attic and refused to go out. The woman had to call the police to get the guy to leave the attic.

According to police, Castro lived in the attic of the house and secretly descended into the girl’s bedroom at night.

Investigators said that just a few weeks ago, they warned Castro to stay away from a teenage girl after the couple tried to escape together.

Castro's mother said that the 14-year-old girl often invited her son to her home. She added that Castro, who was charged with violating private property, has mental health problems.
