In the US, launched "Ukrainian" service long-term rental rental Rentberry
Last week in the United States launched the Internet platform for long-term rental housing Rentberry. This is a Ukrainian startup for which the founders in December 2015 attracted $ 845 thousand with an estimated $ 3 million from global investors. At the same time, the startup was at the idea stage. However, immediately after the launch, Rentberry came to the editorials of leading American media.
Rentberry should simplify the procedure for long-term rental housing in the United States. All processes — viewing an apartment, signing contracts and monthly payments — take place online.
The service allows you to check the credit history of the tenant - without this housing in America is very difficult to remove.
Also, Rentberry will be able to hold an auction among potential tenants in San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles and other major cities, where there is very high competition for housing.
Ukrainians Alexey Lyubinsky, Lilia Ostapchuk and Arsen Kostenko, who live in San Francisco, founded the startup. Another eight employees are in Kiev.
The final start for all users was 17 in May in two of the most expensive cities in terms of rental housing: New York and San Francisco.
