A user in the comments to a YouTube video posted by Luban Capsule House said that the house is approximately 11,4 m long, about 3,2 m wide, 3 m high, and weighs 2 kg.

The capsule is equipped with an aerospace aluminum body that will last over 50 years, as well as two layers of Low E insulated glass.

In another video posted company, a review of the fully furnished capsule was made. The bathroom has a smart toilet, sink, shower and water heater.

There's even a makeup mirror that changes the lighting settings.

The bedroom has a projector, a bed frame that can accommodate a king-size mattress, as well as bedding and smart electric curtains, which the company says are "included in the package."

There's a skylight right above the bed, perfect for stargazing. There is an external terrace adjacent to the capsule.

The company noted that all the windows in the capsule are double, and to make them easier to clean and durable, they are coated with a substance whose properties resemble a special coating on auto glass.

The houses are seismically resistant and can withstand wind forces of up to 12 points and sub-zero temperatures. They have a smart voice control system that works throughout the house. For security purposes, the capsules are equipped with a smart password at the entrance.

The company suggests placing your home in a scenic campsite or serene getaway so you can make the most of your outdoor space.
