14-year-old boy beaten by MAGA cap on school bus in Florida

In Florida, five students were charged after a group of teenagers attacked an 14-year-old classmate on a school bus. The video posted on the network shows how they beat the boy. Five November 21 students in Hamilton County indicted for misconduct. This happened after the mother of an 14-year-old boy posted a video of the incident on Twitter on Thursday.

“Keep in mind that this is only the first 21 second of the video,” the mother writes using Twitter @AmericanDiaries.

“Please hold these two girls and three boys accountable,” she continued.

In the video, which, according to the woman, was made by another student, one of the students injures the boy when he tries to protect himself. At that moment, he was not wearing a MAGA cap or any other clothes in support of the president.

According to WFTL radio station from West Palm Beach, the boy’s mother claims that her son received head injuries during the incident and sought medical help.

On November 22, the day after the incident, she wrote: “I’ll make it clear: my son bought the #Trump2020 cap for his own money on the flea market a few weeks ago. He was proud to wear it. ”

Boy’s lawyer, Foy B. Walker, posted a video on Thursday saying: “I represent this victim who was attacked and injured because he exercised his right to #FreedomOfSpeech by wearing a #maga cap to school. This attack occurred on a school bus in Hamilton County, Florida! ”

“This is intimidation, as well as an encroachment on our rights to freedom of speech provided for by the First Amendment!” He added in a separate tweet.

Walker noted President Trump, Senator Rick Scott, and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis in a post.

Superintendent Rex Mitchell said in a letter published on Friday that an investigation of the Hamilton school district, conducted within 22 days of the fight, did not reveal “any evidence” that the student was wearing a “cap showing President Trump’s support” during the “quarrel” or the fact that wearing such clothes was the cause of the incident. "

“We absolutely disapprove of the use of physical force between students,” Mitchell said.

“It was a very unfortunate incident, completely unrelated to any political statements or agendas. However, we will continue to evaluate our safety procedures to prevent a similar incident in the future and to ensure the safety of all students in the Hamilton School District. ”

However, they have already attacked Trump supporters even in caps with the original inscription in English.
