“These are smaller apartments with rational interiors for people who want to find something at affordable prices,” says Brindel.

Studio apartments are really rational. Despite the small area, they have both a spacious bathroom and an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a stove of famous brands, and even a living room room in which not only a bed but also a sofa can be placed.

In addition, residents will have the opportunity to take a walk in a closed courtyard or enjoy wonderful views from the roof of the house. There are sun loungers on the terrace so that you can sunbathe, and a grill as well as a mini-cinema area.

The house is located on Hayes Street, which will also allow you to go to cafes or boutiques located here at any time, and there is a park within walking distance.

There will also be a two-room apartment in the house, which will cost potential buyers 800 thousand dollars, and one-room apartments for 600 thousand.
