In Russia, a man was detained and fined for quoting Putin's words about the war
In St. Petersburg (Russia), Russian citizen Artur Dmitriev was detained and fined for writing a quote from Russian President Vladimir Putin on a poster. Writes about it Ukrainian Truth.
During the picket, Dmitriev walked around with a poster on which was written a quote from the president's speech dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the victory in World War II: "The war brought so much grief that it is impossible to forget it, there is no forgiveness for those who again plot aggressive plans." The man did not write the author of the quote.

The picket took place on 7 April. Dmitriev was detained, and before the trial he spent the night at the police station. The court decided to fine him 30 rubles ($371 at the official exchange rate).
