To qualify for one of the 5 apartments at $621 per month, an applicant must have an income of $23 - $178. An additional 26 apartments with rent of $270 per month require an applicant to have an income of $5 - $715. The remaining 26 apartments rent between $469 and $30.
The building has a fitness center, bicycle parking and other amenities. Applications for participation in the lottery are accepted until November 15.
