To participate in the lottery, an applicant for a studio must earn from $ 72 206 to $ 58 480 per year. Those who want to rent a one-room apartment for $ 1 064 per month should have an annual income of $ 44 675 - $ 58 480 (one person) and $ 44 675 - $ 66 800, if there are two people in a family. One-bedroom apartment for $ 1 276 per month is available on the following conditions: a family of two must have an annual income in the range of $ 53 143 - $ 66 800, a family of three - $ 53 143 - $ 75 120, a family of four - $ 53 143 - $ 83 440.

Amenities will include a fitness center, a pool and a roof garden, a library, a games room, a 24 / 7 doorman, a tenants' hall, a storage room, and parking (some facilities may incur additional charges).

Please note that due to the large number of applications it is impossible to contact each applicant for each project. Applicants are not required to pay an application fee, but they may be charged for a credit check that is not refundable.

You will also be contacted if your application is rejected for any of the following reasons:

1. The household does not meet the established requirements (such as income) for participation in the program in which housing was built.
2. The household received more than one application for a residential property, which led to its cancellation.
