On June 15, 2017, Brooklyn President Eric Adams gathered representatives of the Russian-speaking community in the main hall of Brooklyn Borough Hall, where, according to tradition, he noted the contribution of local organizations and its leaders to the development and prosperity of Brooklyn. The event was held on the initiative of the Russian-American Foundation as part of the XV annual festival “Our Heritage”.
